Have you finished registering your artwork for Scholastic Art Awards??
Be sure to follow the directions for images that I gave you on your handout! This is very important because all of the artwork will be juried by the digital images that you submit.
Also be sure to print out 2 copies of your entry forms to turn in to me along with your money for your entries. The cost is $5.00 per individual piece and $20.00 per senior portfolio.
I would appreciate you finishing with most of your entries by the time we depart for winter break!
sweeeeeeet. so you just want us to have our images submitted and be done with our stuff before winter break? will we have any class time to do this?
ReplyDeleteI wasn't planning on allocating class time for this, but if you want to give up your "working" time to take and edit photos and upload images to Scholastic, that is fine by me...it seems to be a legitimate way to use your time.
ReplyDeleteAwesome. This class has become an investment for me haha
ReplyDeleteThis is the one we have to have a penny in the photograph right?
ReplyDeleteSounds good!
ReplyDeletehokayyyy
ReplyDeletewill do. i gotta take some photos with pennies in them!
ReplyDeletedo they still need a scale thing, pennies are kinda tacky. Do you know any other options?
ReplyDeleteNickels?
ReplyDeletesweet, sounds good!
ReplyDeleteif you don't want to use a penny for scale you can always use a ruler. Personally, I think a penny is far less distracting than a whole ruler.
ReplyDeleteokey dokey.
ReplyDeletethank for the reminder i still have to edit all of my photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder I still have some peices to photgraph with pennies!
ReplyDeleteI better get to work on submitting my art work!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder!
